Changes in inventory due to sales on this site, require no editing fee.
In event two or more people add to cart "at the same time" before one "completes" the purchase, seller must go to their PayPal account and "refund" those who's time stamp shows they were not the first person to complete the sale. This must be done in a timely manner and those who wait beyond 3 days risk removal this site.
We have to have things like this to prevent someone from adding to cart, and not finishing the purchase, thus preventing others from being able to.
The first person to "complete" the purchase, is the one get gets the item.
This method has been in use for several months and we have only had 2 refunds required so far, so the chance of refunds needing to be made, are minimal.
